Visitor location

Near me requests your permission and uses your position in your browser to sort nearby places. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address. Directions open an external map service.

Operator location

Locations you publish are stored in the directory and visible to other visitors. Automatic location sharing requires an explicit start action and works while the page stays open. Stop sharing to stop new reports; unpublish the listing to remove it from the public directory. A stale serving signal expires after 15 minutes.

Browser saves and shared plans

Guest saves and stop order stay in this browser. Account saves remain separate unless you choose to import browser saves. A shared plan link contains the selected listing IDs and their order; anyone with the link can view those public stops. Removing a stop and copying a new link does not revoke older links.

Accounts and enquiries

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. The site stores your site-specific account ID with listings, saved stops and enquiries. Enquiries also store your account email and submitted message so the site owner can review them. These records remain until removed; no automatic deletion period has been established.

External services

Official venue, reservation and ticket pages operate under their own terms and privacy policies. No payment information is collected by this release. Hospitality imagery is loaded from Unsplash. Area photography is requested from Wikimedia and credited with source and license links. The selected area determines the image; exact GPS coordinates are not sent to Wikimedia by this feature.

Requests

Use the enquiry form to request a correction or deletion and identify the relevant record. The site owner can review these requests; automated email replies are not enabled.
